“From the series “Gold Rausch”, these are fantasy pieces depicting imaginary figures in a world very different from our own. What is interesting is the perspective; on the canvases, they are all roughly the same size, but if one were to meet these beings and/or places “in person”, they would all be much larger or much smaller than how one perceives them on the same sized space. It’s an exercise in experiencing large and small things as of equal “value”.”
